Single ply mechanically fastened
This single ply system can be completely disassembled at the end of its life. Thanks to the cap sheet with Carrara technology, this circular system offers the following additional benefits:
- Air-purifying thanks to Titanium Dioxide (TiO2)
- Increases thermal performance of the insulation
- Increases efficiency of technical installations and solar panels on the flat roof
- Cooling and reflective
- Suitable for rainwater recovery
This roof structure consists of
- IKO carrara Tecno SN; a reinforced roofing membrane composed of elastomer (SBS) bitumen with fire-retardant properties and a polyester-glass combination inlay. The top is finished with white granulate (SRI 82) with titanium dioxide and the bottom has a Thermofusible film.
- IKO enertherm Atelia; PIR insulation board with the lowest lambda value (0,021 W/(m.K).
- IKO base P3 SBS T/F Atelia; polyester-reinforced bituminous vapour barrier that is placed loosely on the substrate.
